This Trojan may arrive bundled with malware packages as a malware component.
It may be hosted on a website and run when a user accesses the said website.
NOTES:
This is a .class component of a malicious Java archive file (.JAR), which attempts to access the url http://{BLOCKED}er.{BLOCKED}a.pl to download and execute possibly malicious file.
The downloaded file is usually saved as %User Temp%\add.exe.
As a a result, routines of the downloaded file may also be exhibited in the affected system.
(Note: %User Temp% is the current user's Temp folder, which is usually C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Local Settings\Temp on Windows 2000, XP, and Server 2003.)

Step 1
For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.

Close all opened browser windows

Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as JAVA_EXPLOIT.LL. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
