It does the following:

  • Sends client version
  • Downloads and executes arbitrary file
    • File is saved as {malware path}\{number}.tmp
    • File is executed with parameter: Install1 1980 {malware path and file name}

  • p - displays running processes and corresponding PID

The file oi.exe adds Guest user account in the system. It also opens the service TermService by default.
