This backdoor connects to the following website to send and receive information:

  • {BLOCKED}9.{BLOCKED}3.38.94: 22223

It does the following:

  • Sends client version
  • Downloads and executes arbitrary file
    • File is saved as {malware path}\{number}.tmp
    • File is executed with parameter: Install1 1980 {malware path and file name}

NOTES:

The file to.exe requires any of the following parameters:

  • Install1
  • Install2
  • p - displays running processes and corresponding PID

It displays the following information in the console by default:

The file oi.exe adds Guest user account in the system. It also opens the service TermService by default.

It displays the following information in the console:
