Earning a competency requires meeting the following requirements.
Experience
Experience is the ultimate proof that you’ve been held to the highest standards. To qualify, you’ll be required to provide two recent and relevant case descriptions.
Partner and organisation status
Proficiencies are based on how your organisation works, including its status and operational processes. These criteria are defined for each competency and should be supported by relevant documents.
Knowledge
Specific domain knowledge is required and must meet objective standards, as reflected in our training program through certifications.

Your journey to earning competencies
Awareness
- Understand the detailed requirements and process from the Partner Portal
- Determine the competency you aim to achieve
Preparation
- Download and complete the application form via the Partner Portal
- Begin the mandatory training
- Gather and prepare any additional supporting documents
Application
- Submit the completed application form and training records via the Partner Portal
- The Trend Partner team will receive the application and may contact you if necessary
Outcome
Successful candidates will receive the Trend Competency Badge and be listed on the Trend Partner locator. If your application didn’t make it, you will be informed of the reason by the Trend Partner team.
