DESCRIPTION
Stack-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office Excel 2002 SP3
allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via an Excel file with a
malformed RTD (0x813) record, aka "Excel RTD Memory Corruption
Vulnerability."
