Installation
This Trojan drops the following component file(s):
- %User Profile%\Application Data\servisce.exe - non malicious component
- %User Profile%\Application Data\config.dll - detected as TROJ_DAPATO.EVL
- %System%\lock.dat - non malicious component
- %User Temp%\STREAM.SYS - non malicious component
- %START MENU%\Programs\Startup\Update.lnk - non malicious component

SOLUTION
Step 1
For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.

Restart in Safe Mode
Step 4
Search and delete these files
- %User Profile%\Application Data\servisce.exe
- %System%\lock.dat
- %User Temp%\STREAM.SYS
- %START MENU%\Programs\Startup\Update.lnk
Step 5
Restart in normal mode and scan your computer with your Trend Micro product for files detected as TROJ_DAPATO.EVL. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
