This is a .XAP file, which functions using Microsoft Silverlight, that takes advantage of the Silverlight Memory Corruption vulnerability (CVE-2016-0034) to execute arbitrary code.
SOLUTION
Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
