Installation
This Ransomware adds the following processes:
- cmd.exe /C ping 1.1.1.1 -n 5 -w 3000 > Nul & Del ""{Executed Malware Path}\{Executed Malware}""
It executes then deletes itself afterward.
Other Details
This Ransomware does the following:
- It executes the following command to ping the specified URL with a specific buffer size:
- ping 1.1.1.1 -n 5 -w 3000

This Ransomware avoids encrypting files with the following strings in their file name:
- .exe
- .dll
It avoids encrypting files found in the following folders:
- windows
It appends the following extension to the file name of the encrypted files:
- {BLOCKED}tkerr94@mail.com.m5m5
It drops the following file(s) as ransom note:
- {Encrypted Folder}\Help.txt
SOLUTION
Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2

This may be due to incomplete installation or other operating system conditions. If you do not find the same files/folders/registry information, please proceed to the next step.
