NOTES:
This is the Trend Micro detection for malicious PHP files that are used as shells to hack servers. Once uploaded on the target system, it is capable of performing the following commands:
- Exploring the server's folders
- Rename/Delete files
- Run shell commands
- Send email
- Upload/Download files
- View server information
SOLUTION
Step 1
Close all opened browser windows
Step 2
For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.
Step 3
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as PHP_SQLBD.A. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
