Dropping Routine
This Trojan drops the following files:
- %User Temp%\1.vbs ← used to send Enter key to MS Word
- %User Temp%\0011.ps1 ← detected as TROJ_HELMINTH.PS
It executes the dropped file. As a result, malicious routines of the dropped file are exhibited on the affected system.
SOLUTION
Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Remove the malware/grayware file dropped/downloaded by HTML_OBFUSCA.SA. (Note: Please skip this step if the threat(s) listed below have already been removed.)

Search and delete this file

Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as HTML_OBFUSCA.SA.
