This hacking tool probes a computer system running TCP/IP to determine which TCP and UDP ports are open and listening. This routine allows users to install malicious applications, effectively compromising the affected system's security.

It uses the following options for its configuration settings:

  • Location of the log file into which it saves the gathered information

Step 1

For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.

If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
