This Hacking Tool does the following:
- It can proxy external traffic through multiple nodes to the core internal network
- It can reuse port
- It supports reconnection between nodes.
It accepts the following parameters:
- -l → Listening address in passive mode [ip]:
- -s → Node communication encryption key
- -c → Target node address under active mode
- --proxy → proxy server address
- --proxyu → proxy server username
- --proxyp → proxy server password
- --reconnect → Reconnect time interval
- --rehost → The IP address to be reused
- --report → The Port number to be reused
SOLUTION
Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as HackTool.Win64.StowAway.ZALH.go. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
