This batch file is used by TROJ_KOVTER malware to execute its routines. It is part of a multi-component malware.

This malware executes the following commands:

  • start "qXwxgIRoFmPPTMJz2Yk" "%LOCALAPPDATA%\{random}\{random}.{random}"

Note that it uses a command from another component file. It does not execute properly without its main component.
