If the folder is present, it locks the screen and displays the following window:
The following window serves as the ransom note:
If the "Deposit" button is clicked, it displays another window:
If the "Send" button is clicked with the wrong address, the following message box will be displayed:
If the "Send" button is clicked with the correct address and amount, the following will be displayed:
It will decrypt the files and unlock the screen once the "Decrypt" button is clicked.

Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Restart in normal mode and scan your computer with your Trend Micro product for files detected as RANSOM_DUMB.A. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files. Please check this Knowledge Base page for more information.
Step 3
Restore encrypted files from backup.
