This Backdoor arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites.
Installation
This Backdoor drops the following files:
- %User Temp%\delselfandsvrremove.bat <- delete itself
(Note: %User Temp% is the current user's Temp folder, which is usually C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Local Settings\Temp on Windows 2000, XP, and Server 2003, or C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Local\Temp on Windows Vista, 7, and 8.)
It adds the following mutexes to ensure that only one of its copies runs at any one time:

It terminates itself if it finds the following processes in the affected system's memory:
- QHActivesDEFENSE.EXE
- QHSAFETRAY.EXE
- QHWATCHDOG.EXE
- CMDAGENT.EXE
- CIS.EXE
- V3LITE.EXE
- V3MAIN.EXE
- V3SP.EXE
- SPIDERAGENT.EXE
- DWENGINE.EXE
- DWARKDAEMON.EXE

This Backdoor executes the following commands from a remote malicious user:

- Audio Chat
- View Screen
- RDP Session
- Remote Control
- Service (Install/Start/Stop/Remove)
- Mouse (Display Settings)
- Key logger
- Disable desktop background
- Disable desktop composition
- Disable visual effects
It connects to the following URL(s) to send and receive commands from a remote malicious user:
- {BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.128.15:80

This Backdoor gathers the following data:
- ID
- OS version
- Admin Priveleges(User account control)
- Users Credentials (User account name)
- Computer Name
- List Smart-Card Availability
- Antivirus product names obtained via WMI query
- Malware installed time

Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Note that not all files, folders, and registry keys and entries are installed on your computer during this malware's/spyware's/grayware's execution. This may be due to incomplete installation or other operating system conditions. If you do not find the same files/folders/registry information, please proceed to the next step.
