This Trojan connects to the following website to send and receive information:

  • {BLOCKED}ate.com:443
    • which redirects to:
      • {BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.31:443

It does the following:

  • It leverages DLL hijacking to execute its shellcode into the following file:
    • %System%\chakra.dll

(Note: %System% is the Windows system folder, where it usually is C:\Windows\System32 on all Windows operating system versions.)

However, as of this writing, the said sites are inaccessible.
