Account security issues

This spammed message claims to be a notification from RHB Bank, a financial institution based in Malaysia. It informs recipients that their online profiles need to be updated and due to security issues, their accounts will be deactivated with no access to online features until they update these profiles. The message also provides a link so that recipients can update their profiles immediately. However, should they click on the link, it will direct them to a phishing site, which has been blocked by Trend Micro.

Users should be wary of clicking links in email messages, particularly anything financially-related, even if they claim to be from reputable sources. To confirm message or security updates, it is advisable that users go to the company's website directly or call a hotline.
