This worm arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites.
Installation
This worm drops the following copies of itself into the affected system:
- %Application Data%\{random application}.exe
- %Windows%\inf\smss.exe
- %System%\Sexy Girls.scr
(Note: %Application Data% is the current user's Application Data folder, which is usually C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Application Data on Windows 2000, XP, and Server 2003, or C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming on Windows Vista and 7.. %Windows% is the Windows folder, which is usually C:\Windows.. %System% is the Windows system folder, which is usually C:\Windows\System32.)

Propagation
This worm drops copies of itself in network drives such as the following:
- {Drive Letter}:\{User Name}_Fichiers.exe
- {Drive Letter}:\{folder name}\{folder name}.exe
It drops the following copy(ies) of itself in all removable drives:
- {Drive Letter}:\{User Name}_Fichiers.exe
- {Drive Letter}:\{folder name}\{folder name}.exe
NOTES:
{random application} can be any of the following:
- smss.exe
- svchost.exe
- lsass.exe
- csrss.exe
This malware restricts the execution of the following files by adding specific registry entries.
- cmd.exe
- mmc.exe
- rstrui.exe
- regedit.exe
- regedt32.exe
It drops copy of itself to the subfolders of the directory where the malware has been executed.
Its drop copies of itself has a file icon of a 'folder' which may trick the user on knowing its just a folder and possibly clicking it.
