This Trojan accesses the following websites to download files:
- www.{BLOCKED}irect.com.secure.orderlogin.asp.palmer-ford.net/news/tiger-direct.php?ugeqsfea=1f:33:1i:1l:33&gyu=33:1m:1n:33:1m:1g:1n:1m:1f:30&abixvn=1j&umfaunw=oetluy&gukpbrzg=qkjerpnv
It takes advantage of the following software vulnerabilities to download possibly malicious files:
- CVE-2010-0188
It then executes the downloaded files. As a result, malicious routines of the downloaded files are exhibited on the affected system.

Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as TROJ_PIDIEF.YYXH. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files.
