This spammed message accuses users of posting someone's photos on a social network. It aims to scare them into opening a .ZIP file attachment which contains malware. The .ZIP file attachment is named like a typical photo file to fool users into believing that the content is really a photo. This scare tactic was used before through spam mails supposedly sent by a concerned friend.

Trend Micro now blocks the IP addresses sending these spam mails. Users are reminded to not respond to such scare tactics and only open file attachments expected from known persons.
