This Ransomware arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites.

Installation

This Ransomware drops the following files:

  • {filename of encrypted file}.bin – encryption key, deleted after
  • { filename of encrypted file }.bin.info@saveuto[dot]com

It executes then deletes itself afterward.

This Ransomware avoids encrypting files found in the following folders:

  • %Windows%
