It does the following:
- It is loaded by OCI.dll through legitimate service ‘msdtc’ or Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
- This sample needs to be located in the %System% directory and have a file name of 'perfx0000.dat' to execute properly.
(Note: %System% is the Windows system folder, where it usually is C:\Windows\System32 on all Windows operating system versions.)

Step 1
