This Trojan does the following:
- Trojan used the following set of commands for the scheduled task:
- C sed -i '$d' /etc/crontab && echo -e \"\n0 */1 * * * root /bin/sh /bin/httpdns\" >> /etc/crontab
- The trojan set the downloaded file as scheduled task to run every hour.
NOTES:
The Trojan downloads a file and is saved as "/bin/httpdns" which is executed to connect to a URL "https://{BLOCKED}in.com/raw/gC0QiNsw" containing the bash script. The bash script contains the schedule task and the coinminer itself.
