  • %System%\{random filename1}.dll - detected as TROJ_ADLOAD.RE
  • %System%\{random filename2}.dll - detected as TROJ_ADLOAD.RE
  • %System%\{random filename3}.dll - detected as TROJ_ADLOAD.RE
  • %System%\{random filename4}.exe - detected as TROJ_FLYMUX.I
  • %System%\dllcache\{random filename1}.dll - detected as TROJ_ADLOAD.RE

(Note: %System% is the Windows system folder, which is usually C:\Windows\System32.)

It executes the dropped file(s). As a result, malicious routines of the dropped files are exhibited on the affected system.

Step 1

Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.

Step 2

Remove the malware/grayware file dropped/downloaded by TROJ_DROPPR.CK

    TROJ_ADLOAD.RE
    TROJ_FLYMUX.I

Step 3

Search and delete this folder

Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as TROJ_DROPPR.CK.
