This ransomware displays the following as ransom note:
It directs to the following URL when the "Buy BitCoin" button was clicked:
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v={BLOCKED}J3Q9g
- https://www.{BLOCKED}e.com/en
This ransomware doesn't have the capability of encrypting files but has the intention of encrypting files and use it for ransom.
It may be used as a component of other malwares.

Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2

This may be due to incomplete installation or other operating system conditions. If you do not find the same files/folders/registry information, please proceed to the next step.

Search and delete this file
- C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\hosts.locked
