Step 1
For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.
Step 3
Identify and delete files detected as RTKT_HIKIT.A using either the Startup Disk or Recovery Console

Delete this registry key

NOTES:
To restore lost Internet connection, re-install the network driver by doing the following:
- Open Control Panel. Click Start>Run, type control panel, then press Enter.
- Locate and double-click on the System Properties applet.
- Go to Hardware tab and double-click on Device Manager.
- Double-click on Network adapters and select the network adapter.
- Right-click on the network adapter and click Uninstall to uninstall the network adapter.
- Locate and uninstall the following mini port adapter related to RTKT_HIKIT.A:
- WAN Miniport (IP) - W7fw Miniport
- WAN Miniport (Network Monitor) - W7fw Miniport
- On the menu bar, click Scan for hardware changes.
- Restart your computer.
