This Trojan adds the following folders:

  • %system root%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\{random}

Download Routine

This Trojan saves the files it downloads using the following names:

  • %system root%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\05d5a0\MS05d_2208.exe - detected as TROJ_FAKEAV.RYQA

It then executes the downloaded files. As a result, malicious routines of the downloaded files are exhibited on the affected system.

This Trojan does the following:

  • It connects to the following domains to download a FAKEAV malware:
  • http://{BLOCKED}1.nartivnalbinwlentor309.net/
  • http://{BLOCKED}1.nartivnalbinwlentor309.net/

It deletes itself after execution.
