Installation


This Trojan drops the following copies of itself into the affected system:

  • %Program Files%\pongo\pongo.exe

(Note: %Program Files% is the default Program Files folder, usually C:\Program Files.)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\pongo
installday = "20091208"



Download Routine


This Trojan accesses websites to download the following files:

  • %Program Files%\pongo\cfg.dat

(Note: %Program Files% is the default Program Files folder, usually C:\Program Files.)

This Trojan attempts to access the following Web sites to download files, which are possibly malicious:
