This is a fake Twitter notification using site's new header image feature to lure users into clicking. Once users click on the call-to-action button, saying 'Go To New Twitter,' users are redirected to a fake pharmaceutical site. It also uses anchor tags to hide the real destination of the button.
Users should be wary of opening email messages, clicking links, and downloading attachments, even if the mail appear to come from a legitimate source. Trend Micro already blocks this threat.
