This Trojan arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites.

Installation

This Trojan drops the following copies of itself into the affected system:

  • %System Root%\Documents and Settings\Documents and Settings.exe
  • %System Root%\Program Files\Program Files.exe
  • %System Root%\System Volume Information\System Volume Information.exe
  • %System Root%\WINDOWS\WINDOWS.exe
  • %Windows%\Inf\smss.exe
  • %System%\Sexy Girls.scr
  • %User Profile%\Application Data\svchost.exe
  • %User Profile%\Démarrage\Dos Optimizer.pif
  • %User Profile%\Application Data\.exe
