Amazon.com Password Assistance

This spammed message pretends to come from online retailer Amazon. The message informs the recipients that there has been a change of password request for the Amazon accounts associated with the recipients' email addresses. Should the recipients want to confirm or cancel the request, they would have to click on the provided link. However, the link actually directs the recipients to a fake pharmacy site, which has been blocked by Trend Micro.

Users should be wary of clicking links in email messages, even if they claim to be from reputable sources. To check on any changes for their accounts, users should directly type in the site's URL, rather than depend on embedded links.
