It reads an IP address from the file CONFIG.INI. As of this writing, the IP address is {BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.237.26.

It then overwrites the HOSTS file with the following:

  • {BLOCKED}.{BLOCKED}.237.26 www.kbstar.com kbstar.com obank.kbstar.com banking.nonghyup.com www.wooribank.com wooribank.com pib.wooribank.com bank.keb.co.kr www.keb.co.kr

If run with the command-line parameter 101, it reads the value of the following registry entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HDSoft RunPach

It then deletes the following files:

  • {value of RunPach}\HDExpress.exe
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

It then deletes itself.
