This Trojan arrives as an attachment to email messages spammed by other malware/grayware or malicious users.

It arrives on a system as a file dropped by other malware or as a file downloaded unknowingly by users when visiting malicious sites.

This Trojan does the following:

  • It presents the user with a fake message, tricking them into clicking a button to access the website.
  • It will then redirect the user to the following link:
    • https://{BLOCKED}ec.{BLOCKED}i.br/document/delivery/address/hongkong/dhl/db.php

However, as of this writing, the said sites are inaccessible.

Step 1
