Installation

This Trojan drops the following copies of itself into the affected system:

  • %Windows%\XXXXXXF02C8725\svchsot.exe

(Note: %Windows% is the Windows folder, which is usually C:\Windows.)

It drops the following files:

  • %Windows%\system32\F02C8725.key

(Note: %Windows% is the Windows folder, which is usually C:\Windows.)

It creates the following folders:

  • %Windows%\XXXXXXF02C8725

(Note: %Windows% is the Windows folder, which is usually C:\Windows.)

Autostart Technique

This Trojan adds the following registry entries to enable its automatic execution at every system startup:

Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
XXXXXXF02C8725 = "%Windows%\XXXXXXF02C8725\svchsot.exe"

Other Details
