This Trojan does the following:

  • Modifies the system's HOSTS files to prevent users from accessing the following Web sites:
    • bancomer.com
    • bancomer.com.mx
    • bbva.com.mx
    • bbvanet.com.mx
    • www.bancomer.com
    • www.bancomer.com.mx
    • www.bbva.com.mx
    • www.bbvanet.com.mx
  • Adds the following lines in the system's HOSTS file so that when users access the said websites, they are redirected to {BLOCKED}.221.17:
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 bancomer.com
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 bancomer.com.mx
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 bbva.com.mx
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 bbvanet.com.mx
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 www.bancomer.com
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 www.bancomer.com.mx
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 www.bbva.com.mx
    • {BLOCKED}.221.17 www.bbvanet.com.mx
