To uninstall the grayware program:

1. Open Programs via Control Panel. To do this:
   • For Windows 7 and Server 2008 (R2), click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
   • For Windows 8, 8.1, and Server 2012 (R2), right-click on the lower-left corner of the screen, click Control Panel > Programs and Features.
   • For Windows 10, click Start, Type Control Panel > Programs and Features.
2. In the displayed list, choose the following program:
    
   • Renee PDF Aide 2016.10.13.71
3. Click on Remove or Uninstall depending on the currently running Windows version.
4. Follow the instructions on the dialog box that appears.
5. Close the Programs window, and the Control Panel window.

To delete the registry key this malware/grayware created:

1. Open Registry Editor.
   » For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 (R2) users, click the Start button, type regedit in the Search input field then press Enter.
   » For Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2012 (R2) users, right-click on the lower left corner of the screen, click Run, type regedit in the text box provided, and then press Enter.
2. In the left panel, double-click the following:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Uninstall
3. Still in the left panel, locate and delete the key:
   ISO Workshop_is1
4. Close Registry Editor.

To delete the registry value this malware created:

1. Open Registry Editor. To do this:
   » For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 (R2) users, click the Start button, type regedit in the Search input field then press Enter.
   » For Windows 8, Windows 8.1, 10, and Windows Server 2012 (R2) users, right-click on the lower left corner of the screen, click Run, type regedit in the text box provided, and then press Enter.
2. In the left panel of the Registry Editor window, double-click the following:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>Uninstall>ISO Workshop_is1
3. In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   Inno Setup: Setup Version = "5.5.9 (u)"
4. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   Inno Setup: App Path = "%Program Files%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop"
5. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   InstallLocation = "%Program Files%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\"
6. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   Inno Setup: Icon Group = "Glorylogic\ISO Workshop"
7. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   Inno Setup: User = "{username}"
8. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   Inno Setup: Selected Tasks = "desktopicon,sendto"
9. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
   Inno Setup: Deselected Tasks = "quicklaunchicon"
10. Again In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
    Inno Setup: Language = "en"

22. Close Registry Editor.

To manually delete a malware/grayware file from an affected system:

•For Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 (R2), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2012 (R2):

1. Open a Windows Explorer window.
   • For Windows 7 and Server 2008 (R2) users, click Start>Computer.
   • For Windows 8, 8.1, 10, and Server 2012 (R2) users, right-click on the lower-left corner of the screen,then click File Explorer.
2. In the Search Computer/This PC input box, type:
    
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\DosBootimage.IMA
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\ISOTools.exe
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\ISOWorkshop.chm
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\ISOWorkshop.exe
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\iwsdk85.dll
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\unins000.dat
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop\unins000.exe
3. Once located, select the file then press SHIFT+DELETE to delete it.
   *Note: Read the following Microsoft page if these steps do not work on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 (R2).

To delete malware/grayware/spyware folders:

For Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 (R2), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2012 (R2):

1. Open a Windows Explorer window.
   • For Windows 7 and Server 2008 (R2) users, click Start>Computer.
   • For Windows 8, 8.1, 10, and Server 2012 (R2) users, right-click on the lower-left corner of the screen,then click File Explorer.
2. In the Search Computer/This PC input box, type:
   
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop
3. Once located, select the file then press SHIFT+DELETE to permanently delete the folder.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for the remaining folders:
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic
   • %ProgramFiles%\Glorylogic\ISO Workshop
