This Trojan drops the following files:

  • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\adhhh\401A0968.hta - detected as TROJ_HTADRP.L
  • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\adhhh\bg.jpg - non-malicious file
  • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\adhhh\2.dat - non-malicious file

Step 1

For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users, before doing any scans, please make sure you disable System Restore to allow full scanning of your computer.

Step 2

Remove malware files dropped/downloaded by JS_HTADRP.SM

    TROJ_HTADRP.L

Step 3

Search and delete this folder
