This Trojan does the following:
- Creates a process to execute the following command to delete the shadow copy of the infected system:
- vssadmin Delete Shadows /all /quiet
- Deletes files with extensions and strings [Drive C to H]:
- .VHD
- .bac
- .bak
- .wbcat
- .bkf
- Backup*
- backup*
- .set
- .win
- .dsk
It deletes itself after execution.

Step 1
Before doing any scans, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 users must disable System Restore to allow full scanning of their computers.
Step 2
Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as BAT_BAKDEL.A. If the detected files have already been cleaned, deleted, or quarantined by your Trend Micro product, no further step is required. You may opt to simply delete the quarantined files. - Run the command prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator.
- Enable Volume Shadow Service by typing the following command: net start vss
