Propagates via removable drives
This worm drops copies of itself into all the removable drives connected to an affected system. It drops an AUTORUN.INF file to automatically execute the copies it drops when a user accesses the drives of an affected system.

Installation
This worm drops the following copies of itself into the affected system:
- {Random malware path}\{Random file name}.exe
Autostart Technique
This worm adds the following registry entries to enable its automatic execution at every system startup:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\
Microwsoft\addIngs
Proc = {File name}.exe
Loca = {Random malware path}
FRun = True
Host = {blank}
It modifies the following registry entries to ensure it automatic execution at every system startup:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows NT\
CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Userinit = %System%\userinit.exe,{Random malware path}\{Random file name}.exe
(Note: The default value data of the said registry entry is %System%\userinit.exe,.)
Propagation

Identify and delete files detected as WORM_AUTORUN.HJB using the Recovery Console
Step 2
Delete this registry value

Scan your computer with your Trend Micro product to delete files detected as WORM_AUTORUN.HJB.
