That software had problems with always blocking access to my bank. Always had to manually disable it to do online banking. Well this new version has the same problem. PayGuard always blocks my access to my bank. Had to contact the customer support team to find how to disable it. In both cases I set up the protect as per the instructions but was still fully blocked. Your software team needs to do more work in this area.

Also an excessive amount of pop ups which explains the four stars. All the pop ups and notifications alone almost want to make me get rid of trend micro.

While with Geek, my browser-Firefox-was also directly covered for activity. Since I went direct wih Trend Micro-they are unable to coordinate with Firefox to have secondary coverage. That seem strange and Trend needs to fix that or hire a copamy that can!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Danos2 from keeps putting up Updated Succesfully badge I have used Trend Micro since it was first out as beta for Vista, I then got it when it came out on QVC and got the lifetime plan with SM, lately Trend Micro keeps putting up a badge on my task bar (Windows 10 Pro) saying "Successfully Updated" which I am growing tired of to say the least, other than that, I like the software, the big plus is I can have my Lara Croft picture as background, because of the annoying flag/badge is only reason I give it a 4 and not 5

It has a picked up a couple threats my previous anti-virus software missed. It doesn't nag you with popups asking you to buy other products which was the main reason I switched to this product. I don't mind being informed but I hate being interrupted several times a day when I'm working.
