Rated 3 out of 5 by joblo from Good product but lousy renewal process At renewal time, if automatic not to leave your pc unprotected, reseller charge more and only for 1 year and it is a nightmare to contact Trend micro to renew at a reasonable price for two years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by RJSenior from The price was listed as 19 and cents for one year I got an invoice with 19 and cents after I paid for it. However, my card was billed 59.00. The product is okay. I won't recommend the product because the price was changed after billing. And I had year left on my plan that got some year ago left on my plan and I had to buy a new to get my updates.

Sometimes I can’t even understand the questions being asked let alone giving a response. Kudos to Trend Micro from the old folks trying to manage in this technical age!

Rated 1 out of 5 by gingmem from agent gave up on me after about 40 minutes i have used this product for years, significantly harder to download and use this year, the agent that was helping me, gave me an 800 number to call and be able to speak with a live person, it was a recording and hung up at the end of its message

Rated 4 out of 5 by Camron from Feel safer Compared to my research, the best out there. Instructions are terrible, as well as options it gives. Never did work on my phone. But it does its main job, and that's all I care.
